My name is Klára Kačerovská. Throughout my studies at the 3rd Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University, I gained experience in various healthcare facilities in Prague and the surrounding area. I work both in private practice and in a hospital, where I encounter a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. This experience allows me to employ diverse therapeutic approaches and apply them according to the individual needs of each patient. I have significantly deepened my knowledge working with athletes, especially runners and cyclists, as well as through collaboration with football and curling teams. I am a competitive runner myself and have personal experience with running injuries and their treatment, which helps me better understand the needs of my patients.

At fyzioK, we utilize Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, the Ludmila Mojžíšová Method, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Sensorimotor Stimulation, the McKenzie Method, and Neurodynamics. We also use fascial manipulation methods, spinal and peripheral joint mobilizations, and trigger point treatment.

The first therapy session focuses on a comprehensive assessment of your health status and movement issues. We start with a conversation where we review your medical history—injuries, health problems, and any previous treatment. Then I perform a functional examination during which I observe your movement patterns, posture, strength, and flexibility. Based on the gathered information, we identify possible causes of your problems and prepare an individual therapy plan.

No, a referral is not required. I will examine you and create a therapeutic plan. However, if you have medical documentation regarding your issues, it is advisable to bring it to the first therapy session.

Therapy at fyzioK is not covered by public health insurance. However, we provide a detailed invoice that you can potentially claim with your private health insurance.

We accept cash or instant bank transfers.

Yes, appointments are available on weekends as well.

Please inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the therapy price. Failure to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice is subject to a fee of up to 100% of the therapy price.
